The EIRSAT-1 team were delighted to receive our EIRSAT-1 mission patches from E-patches (http://embroidered-patches.ie/) - they look amazing! E-patches were brilliant, their staff were very friendly and helpful in making our design into our custom embroidered patch!
The wonderful mission patch design was made by Emer O'Boyle, an artist in residence of UCD Parity Studios (http://www.ucdartinscience.com/).
E-patches provided high quality patches with fine detailed stitching, they guarantee maximum durability of every patch - these patches are a perfect way for us to share our unique mission patch.
E-patches have transformed our design into an incredible quality embroidered patch with precise attention to detail and perfectly reconstructing the mission patch design. Our team are excited to have our embroidered mission patches on their backpacks (Fergal - Ground Segment), coats (Maeve - Head of Software) and on their shirts (Ronan - Programme Manager).
E-patches staff were very helpful and performed computer simulation and evaluation of our design and helped us to adjust the font size of 'Educational Irish Research Satellite' to ensure an excellent quality patch that were are extremely satisfied with. E-patches are an excellent choice for any custom embroidery patches, they provide high quality products and have great customer service.
The manufacture of our mission patch is an important milestone in the EIRSAT-1 project as we can now wear this embroidered representation of our spacecraft!
