Join the EIRSAT-1 Team in University College Dublin on their exciting journey to launch Ireland’s first satellite through EIRSAT-1: Ireland's First Steps into Space!

EIRSAT-1: Ireland's First Steps into Space is an educational comic book that is available to read and download below. The story follows the adventures of Cylana and Cryo, a pair of robots from the year 3000 on a visit to University College Dublin. Here they learn all about a very special CubeSat and the team that will make it fly!

The creative team included writer and producer Adam Breen and Artist and Letterer Helen Robinson, edited by Dr. Sharon Shannon. This project was awarded funding from the SFI Discover Programme and made possible by the contributions from Dr. David McKeown, Lána Salmon, Prof. Lorraine Hanlon, Assoc. Prof. Sheila McBreen and Lorna Byrne.
